Eddie the Founder and Director of Dilleen Property comes from extremely humble beginnings, growing up poor in housing commission to owning 80+ properties at the age of 31!

Eddie grew up in Mount Druitt, a low socio-economic area located in Western Sydney that carries a bad reputation for crime and violence. Eddie was raised by a single mum who struggled to put food on their plates and lived off a modest pension.

Despite a rough upbringing, Eddie knew that he was prepared to work hard for his golden ticket to wealth. At the age of 14 Eddie began working at KFC, and then switched over to McDonalds at the age of 16 to save up some cash. Eddie first learnt about investment properties when a colleague began talking to Eddie about his first investment property purchased with his dad. This sparked Eddie’s interest and he was eager to learn about property investing through every avenue. While friends were falling into the car finance trap, Eddie was catching buses and conducting research.

As Eddie continued to work hard and make sacrifices he managed to save a 10% deposit for a unit located in Central Coast, NSW. To this day Eddie still owns the property and he has continued to build a property portfolio worth millions!

In 2016 Eddie founded Dilleen Property, where he wanted to teach the ordinary Australian his tips and tricks on how to create self-made wealth through property investing!
