Meet one on one with a property investment strategist, who maps your plan for the next 3 to 5 years.
Become a client
Sign a buyer's agency agreement, giving us the right to source and negotiate properties on your behalf.
Meet your buyer's agent
Your dedicated buyer's agent takes your brief and starts researching from start to finish.
Source & negotiate
We source off-market properties, 95% aren't publicly listed, priced under bank or market value.
Property presentation
We present the property with all facts, figures, data and pre-negotiated equity on the way in.
Sign the contract
Once you decide to move forward, our team guides you through the contract of sale, solicitors and brokers.
Pre-settlement
Sign loan documents, complete pest and building inspections, and meet your property manager, mostly via DocuSign.
Settlement
The property officially becomes yours, typically 30 to 90 days after contract, depending on negotiation.
Refinance & repeat
We work with mortgage brokers to extract equity from the property so you can buy the next one.
